Everything you need to know about how we get your jewellery to you—and what happens if something isn't quite right.
Shipping
UK delivery
We ship to all UK addresses. Standard UK delivery takes 2–5 working days from dispatch, sent with tracked delivery so you always know where your order is.
- Free UK shipping on all orders over £60.
- Orders under £60 are charged a flat standard shipping rate, shown at checkout.
- Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, your piece will reach you.
- Within Europe: delivery takes 3–5 working days from dispatch.
- Outside Europe: delivery takes 6–8 working days from dispatch.
- Every international order is sent with tracking so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Order confirmation & tracking
Once your order has been placed you'll receive a confirmation email. When your parcel is dispatched, we'll send a second email with your tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Returns & Exchanges
Our 14-day promise
We want you to love your piece. If it isn't right, you can return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with any original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings may be non-returnable unless faulty.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and inspected your return.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@sloaneandsalamanca.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number, and we'll guide you through the process.
Faulty or incorrect items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives faulty or you receive the wrong piece, please contact us within 14 days and we'll put it right at no cost to you. Your statutory rights as a UK consumer are unaffected.
